Kristina Lewis, born and raised in Stow, OH, has been dancing since the age of two. She grew up dancing competitively while training in a variety of dance styles, including Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop, and Contemporary. Following high school, she continued her dance training at Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania. In 2021, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance, with concentrations in Performance & Choreography and Business Administration. Professionally, Kristina has danced three seasons with Theatre West Virginia, one year with West Virginia Dance Company, and just finished her first year with CDP Company as an apprentice. She has just begun her second year with CDP Company as a company dancer! Kristina is grateful for the amazing opportunities CDP Company has given her, especially the opportunity to be involved with the company’s mission and outreach. Her favorite experience with outreach over the last year was performing at The Normandy, a retirement home in Rocky River, OH. She really enjoyed the joy it brought to the residents and how enthusiastic they all were about the performance. Along with her main passion for dance, Kristina has many other hobbies including traveling, hiking, drawing and golfing! Growing up, her grandfather taught her how to golf and now she loves every chance she gets to golf with him and her dad. Kristina also works as a server and bartender at The Crush House at Gervasi Vineyard and absolutely loves working in such a beautiful atmosphere. Kristina is beyond excited to continue dancing with CDP Company for a second year and she is eager to see what this year has in store!
