CDP Company is a 501c3 professional dance and wellness company. Our mission is to create meaningful, relatable dance that reflects the shared human experience. We prioritize dancer wellness and extend that care into the community through outreach, using joyful movement to build authentic connection and support long-term well-being.
Dancer Wellness
Founded by a physical therapist, CDP Company offers injury prevention seminars to studios and companies, holds open company strength classes, and hosts a yearly Dancer Wellness Workshop open to adult movers of all levels.
CDP Company promotes wellness in its own company by providing preventative physical therapy services, and taking moments in rehearsal to practice mindfulness through journaling prompts and meditation.
Community Programs
Community outreach and education is a core focus of CDP Company’s mission. All of our programming emphasizes the importance of movement for physical and mental well-being. We foster an environment that evokes creativity and engages discussion, allowing participants to connect with each other through dance, while empowering and encouraging self awareness.
Our programming was created by our Executive Director & company physical therapist, and can be safely and effectively adapted to any group, from teens to seniors. We aim to bring joy to the community through movement!
